How much is it?

Much of SaundersFEST is free.  Ticket prices for 2024 will be launched later in the year.

How do I get tickets?

Go to the Tickets page for a link to our Ticketing website for the Main Stage performances.

Where is it?

SaundersFEST is a live music festival held in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire SA69.  There will be music in various venues in the village plus on the Main Stage on the Sports Field behind The Regency Hall.

How do I get there?

You can get to Saundersfoot by train or bus – plan your journey with Traveline Cymru https://www.traveline.cymru/ or you can drive.  There will be limited parking in the village so please plan for this. If you are looking for a lift have a look at www.takemetoo.org.uk 

Where can I stay?

Can I bring my dog?

No, dogs are not allowed – other than Guide Dogs.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome in all venues.  For the main stage events there are a limited number of discounted tickets for children under the age of 18 for the Sunday only.

Are there facilities for wheelchairs?

Most venues are suitable for wheelchairs.  The main stage is a flat, grassed area so will be suitable for wheelchairs.

Are there public toilets there?

There are two sets of public toilets in Saundersfoot.  One on the Harbour near the Sailing Club and one in the Regency Hall car park, near to the main stage.  These are marked on the village map [we will provide a map]. There will also be Portaloo toilets on the Sports Field.

Where can we eat?

There will be a great range of ‘street food’ stalls on the festival field on Saturday and Sunday along with outdoor bars serving both alcoholic, soft, hot & cold drinks including

J&J Pizza serving a range of pizzas
Romy’s serving crepes, coffee & cake
Bitters & Twist
The Doughnut Wagon

The food & drink vendors will be open for business to coincide with performance times (approximately 2-9pm on Saturday and 1.30-7pm on Sunday) timings are subject to change.

There are also many restaurants, cafes and food shops in the village which will all be open and serving food at all times over the weekend.  This includes our main event sponsor The Royal Oak.  You can book The Royal Oak via their website.

What bands are playing?

There are so many talented musicians and bands playing that we’ve created a whole page for them all.  You can find a full list of them on the Line Up page.

What happens if the weather is bad?

SaundersFEST will continue whatever the weather.  The only exception will be the busking and music on the main stage which will only be cancelled in the extremely unlikely event of the weather being hazardous to everyone’s safety.  Please see the Terms & Conditions on the Tickets Page for more information.

Do I get a refund if I buy a ticket then can’t come?
